16.1. The User may submit any criticisms regarding the mediation mechanisms provided, as well as complain/praise to “Atelier Poveiro” by Better Skin regarding acts that violate/comply with the applicable legal provisions for the purchase of goods.
16.2. The criticism must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the User's knowledge of the facts, and it will be recorded in the information systems of “Atelier Poveiro” by Better Skin, which must decide on it and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of its receipt.
16.3. In compliance with Portuguese law, customers can submit complaints, compliments, or suggestions through the Electronic Complaints Book, the official platform of the Portuguese State.
